Melior concludes European Tour introducing iSecure and makes Internet History
Melior introduces iSecure-ILS, a better solution to CyberThreats, a White-Box Solution Developed by White-Hat Security Experts.
Melior, Inc. completed a month-long European technology introductory tour for beta sites and met with several large financial institutions, European Union governmental agencies, and world-renowned hackers and security experts to introduce and review the unprecedented capabilities of iSecure-ILS.
We are really looking forward to establishing iSecure-ILS as the de-facto standard in Network Attack Defense for the international financial markets, and equally excited to see security managers readily understanding the difference of iSecure-ILS versus IDSs and Signature-based anomaly defense products.
It is becoming apparent to end users that latest generation security solutions are merely integrating QoS and IDS systems that throttle traffic at best and do not actually drop bad traffic. Our niche security space is on the verge of finding itself in a Potemkin village, and as users continue to suffer sustained attacks, even with these products in place, iSecure-ILS will become the clear and BETTER choice for a real solution to IP-based threats."
Thomas J. Ackermann, Melior, Inc. iCEO and Founder
Upon returning to Dallas, Melior’s team set Internet precedence by making the first publicly available, cloaked and attack-safe network, with real-time surveillance and reporting of sustained attacks.
"This has never been accomplished before as other technologies do not have the wherewithal to survive such a test; we make the invitation for people to find out for themselves versus reading about canned simulations in comparison articles. Anybody seeking dDoS Defense and Network Cloaking can launch and witness network information probes and distributed Denial of Service (dDoS) attacks; or any IP attack for that matter, against this server, which is protected by iSecure-ILS."
Matt Gair, Melior Co-Founder
At 9:11am Central Standard Time (CST) on Saturday, Feb 22, 2003, Melior, Inc. made Internet History by setting up the first webserver ever on the Internet that cannot be dDoS'd - because it is protected by iSecure.
"Special thanks go to the Melior Team Members who were instrumental for the configuration and setup of all the systems to make this happen.
The single page on the webserver refreshes every 3 seconds to display current visitor information (IP and Name as well as server parameters such as the process number "remote port", and unique session ID) to show the server is still up & running even if heavily attacked by distributed Denial-of-Service while concurrently displaying traffic in front of and behind iSecure. The demo systems are also fully cloaked against information gathering.
Melior is going to drastically change the risk exposure companies and government face from the Internet."
Thomas J. Ackermann, iCEO and Founder
